Why Vision First
Most renovations fail creatively before they fail practically — decisions are made room by room, quote by quote, with no single image of the finished space to defend.
We establish that image at the outset: what the space becomes, how it will feel to move through, which original elements are protected, which are deliberately replaced, and exactly what furniture goes where. Every later trade decision then has a reference point.
