Vision before technique
The creative direction is settled before anyone optimises a beam or a budget. Technical excellence should serve an idea, not substitute for one.

About the Studio
Founded to solve a persistent problem: spaces of every size are built and renovated every year, and most lose their idea somewhere between the first conversation and the first delivery van.
Who We Are
Golden Hands Concepts works between the client and the builder — the studio that decides what a space wants to be, whether it is nine square metres or nine hundred.
Our team is drawn from architecture, interior design, set design and photography. That mix is intentional: a room is experienced as atmosphere, light and furniture long before it is understood as a plan.
We work on new builds, renovations, makeovers and furniture setups — from compact apartments and single small rooms to full residences. Commissions are accepted by referral and direct inquiry.

Principles
The creative direction is settled before anyone optimises a beam or a budget. Technical excellence should serve an idea, not substitute for one.
A tired box room is designed with the same rigour as a new house. Most of what we do is renovation work, and we take a limited number of commissions so each one gets full attention.
Our default language is serene and Japanese-inspired: warm light timber, slatted wood, low platform furniture, paper and linen light, cream and sand tones, and greenery placed with intent. Modern, warm boho and Mexican-inspired directions sit alongside it when a home asks for them.
We do not build, procure or specify for commission. That independence keeps the vision honest.
A concept only survives if the architect, contractor and client all read it the same way. Clarity is a deliverable.
